I know you've all been missing Gossip Girl, as it has been on a short hiatus for the past couple of weeks. Monday nights just haven't been as juicy. So, I'm sharing this charm with you all. Lovely Chuck Bass, probably suffering from a hangover as his partying ways are rather extravagant.
